Biography

Born in 1981 in the Bogot district of the Khorezm region. He is Uzbek by nationality.

Education

Higher education, Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in technical sciences, Associate Professor.

2000-2004: Graduated from Urganch State University.

2006: Completed a master's degree at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration.

Professional Experience

He began his career in 2002 as an assistant at the "ZEF/UNESCO" International Research Center.

In 2007, he worked as a lecturer in the Technology Department at Urganch State University and later as the head of the laboratory at the Eco GIS Center under the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration

From 2010 to 2012, he served as the head of a special laboratory and an engineer at the Turin Polytechnic University in Tashkent. From 2012 to 2018, he was the dean of the General Technical Faculty of the same university, and from 2018 to 2019, he was the head of the academic and scientific department. Additionally, from 2014 to 2020, he was the coordinator of CLAAS and MAN Academy in Uzbekistan.

From 2019 to 2024, he worked at Tashkent State University of Economics in roles such as head of the credit system management department, head of the academic activities and registrar department, head of the education quality control department, and director of the "University 4.0" transformation center.

Since the beginning of 2024, he has been serving as the General Director of the "INNO" innovative educational and production Technopark under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Innovation.
