“Yoshlar Akademiyasi”ning V Assambleyasi bo‘lib o‘tdi.
Assambleyani Oliy ta’lim, fan va innovatsiyalar vaziri Qo’ng’irotboy Sharipov ochib berdi. Anjumanda respublika miqyosida 107 ta oliy ta’lim muassasalarining liderlari o‘z loyihalari bilan ishtirok etib, ko‘rsatgan natijalari haqida ma’lumot berishdi. Hududlardan eng iqtidorli, innovatsion faoliyat bilan shug‘ullangan 556 nafar yigit-qizlar “Yoshlar akademiyasi” a’zoligiga qabul qilindi. Eng faol 8 nafar “Yoshlar akademiyasi” liderlari Oliy ta’lim, fan va innovatsiyalar vaziri Qo’ng’irotboy Sharipov tomonidan sertifikat hamda esdalik sovg‘alari bilan taqdirlandi. "Yashil makon" umummilliy loyihasi doirasida joriy yilning bahor mavsumida Inno innovatsion o'quv ishlab chiqarish texnoparki hududida manzarali daraxt va buta ko‘chatlari, mevali daraxtlar ekildi. Президент Шавкат Мирзиёев 26 сентября ознакомился с презентацией проектов в сферах строительства, образования, туризма и промышленности. Как известно, 3 апреля текущего года в Новом Ташкенте началось строительство первых сооружений. Глава государства подчеркнул символичность того, что грандиозный проект начинается с возведения центров науки и духовности. Как отметил Президент, это станет основой и примером идеи построения просвещенного общества. Одним из таких объектов является комплекс, включающий Международный научно-исследовательский центр имени Алишера Навои, Музей литературы и Национальный центр макома. Он спроектирован всемирно известным бюро "Zaha Hadid Architects". Будущий комплекс заслуживает внимания своим уникальным дизайном и функциональностью. В нем искусно сочетаются эстетика и комфорт, сооружение гармонично вписывается в окружающую среду. Ожидается, что благодаря этим особенностям комплекс станет одним из центров притяжения международного туризма. Еще одна точка роста Нового Ташкента - река Чирчик. В целях создания современных условий для жителей и гостей планируется создание рекреационной зоны на участке протяженностью около 6 километров. Для этого побережье будет благоустроено и озеленено. Будут построены гостиницы, оздоровительные и развлекательные заведения. В последние годы сотрудничество Узбекистана с ЮНЕСКО еще более укрепляется. 43-я сессия Генеральной конференции этой авторитетной организации запланирована на 2025 год в городе Самарканде. В соответствии с постановлением Президента Республики Узбекистан от 15 марта текущего года начата подготовка к этому мероприятию. На презентации была представлена информация о проводимой работе. В частности, Фонд развития культуры и искусства, Национальная комиссия Республики Узбекистан по делам ЮНЕСКО и другие организации принимают меры по сохранению объектов культурного наследия города Самарканда, организации экскурсий и выставок. В гостиницах и местах проведения мероприятий будут созданы все необходимые условия. Запланированы скоординированные меры по организации визитов участников сессии, культурных программ, транспортного и медицинского обслуживания. Одним из самых важных направлений в социальной сфере является образование. В нашей стране, где большинство населения составляет молодежь, последовательно развиваются все звенья образования. В частности, в сфере высшего образования строятся новые учебные заведения, улучшаются условия. В Бухарском государственном университете обучается более 21 тысячи молодых людей, есть 10 факультетов и 8 общежитий. Однако здания расположены в разных районах города, что создает неудобство преподавателям и студентам. В связи с этим на окраине Бухары планируется построить новый кампус для университета. В проектируемом комплексе площадью 43 гектара будут компактно размещены все факультеты, администрация, общежития, лаборатории, библиотека, стадион, спортивный зал и амфитеатр. Будут созданы современные условия для проведения занятий и прохождения практики. Вместимость общежитий увеличится с 3 тысяч до 6 тысяч мест. На свободных участках будут высажены деревья и создан парк. Город Хива является одним из главных туристических направлений нашей страны. В результате созидательной работы последних лет его потенциал еще больше возрос. В целях создания удобств для посетителей планируется построить путепровод рядом с железнодорожным вокзалом. Согласно проекту, эта 450-метровая дорога позволит организовать отдельное движение транспорта, а пешеходы смогут безопасно передвигаться между вокзалом и Ичан-калой. Глава государства дал указания по совершенствованию проектов и повышению качества работ. На презентации также была представлена информация о ходе реализации инвестиционных программ в городе Ташкенте. Отмечалось, что за прошедший период текущего года освоено инвестиций на сумму 2 миллиарда долларов. Сдано в эксплуатацию около 200 промышленных проектов, создано более 25 тысяч рабочих мест. В частности, в технопарке Янгихаётского района идет строительство 46 предприятий. Президент подчеркнул необходимость своевременного запуска запланированных проектов к концу года и уделения особого внимания энергосбережению.

В ходе визита Президента Шавката Мирзиёева в инновационный образовательно-производственный технологический парк «ИННО» на видеоотборочном совещании был поставлен вопрос развития отрасли по подготовке кадров машиностроительных направлений и дальнейшему совершенствованию деятельности высшие учебные заведения. Согласно заданиям, данным на совещании, 10 июля текущего года в Ташкенте руководитель учебно-методического отдела во главе с исполнительным директором Белорусско-Узбекского института практических технических квалификаций А.Баходировым, деканы факультетов и Рабочую группу в составе руководителей подразделений ознакомил с деятельностью технопарка и его возможностями директор инновационного образовательно-производственного технопарка ИННО М. Студенты высших учебных заведений реализуют практические процессы
Студенты вузов проходят стажировку в инновационном образовательно-производственном технопарке ИННО. Студенты – молодые люди применяют свои теоретические знания на практике, работая на станках в производственной зоне. В рамках практических мер, направленных на обеспечение качества реализации ряда задач, поставленных главой нашего государства по подготовке кадров в инженерных сферах, и дальнейшему совершенствованию деятельность высших учебных заведений. Также налажено сотрудничество с Ташкентским тракторным заводом и "Uzautomotors" на основе цепочки «сеть – предприятие-вуз» с целью найти индустриального партнера для каждого вуза и наладить дуальное образование.

Состоялся Российско-Узбекский образовательный форум.
24-25 июня в городе Владивостоке Российской Федерации прошел четвертый российско-узбекский образовательный форум на тему «Образовательное пространство будущего: новые компетенции, инновации, технологии». В форуме приняли участие около 150 участников из Администраций Президентов Республики Узбекистан и Российской Федерации, министерств образования, высших и профессиональных учебных заведений, информационных технологий, культуры и культурного наследия, молодежных организаций. На этом форуме был обсужден ряд вопросов, призванных поднять двустороннее сотрудничество в сфере высшего образования, науки и инновационных технологий на новый уровень. В частности, было отмечено, что форумы ректоров, проводимые по инициативе лидеров двух стран, стали важной международной площадкой, охватывающей все этапы образования, науки, культуры, медицины и производства.

Министр высшего образования, науки и инноваций Кунгиротбой Шарипов на совещании под председательством главы государства отметил имеющиеся достижения и недостатки в системе подготовки инженерных кадров, в то же время необходимо реализовать в области в дальнейшем отметил, что приоритетные задачи определены и затронуты. После этого были заслушаны предложения и мнения руководителей вузов и экспертов по развитию системы. Также обсуждались предложения по поиску индустриального партнера для каждого вуза и организации дуального образования по цепочке «сеть – университет-предприятие». Открытие «Высших инженерных школ» в 10 университетах, где от каждого региона отобраны передовые высшие учебные заведения в области инженерии, целесообразно начать их деятельность.

На эти цели ежегодно выделяется 15 миллиардов сумов.

Таких инновационных центров в нашей стране становится все больше. Развиваются промышленность, энергетика и информационные технологии, запускаются новые комплексы. Работа конференции продолжилась на пленарных заседаниях
Ректоры высших учебных заведений инженерно-технического профиля двух стран выступили с презентациями об опыте создания передовых инженерных школ, современных тенденциях развития технического образования, перспективах сотрудничества в области науки и производства. Ректор Ошкентского технического университета академик С.Турабжанов обратил особое внимание на проводимую работу по созданию передовых инженерных школ. В частности, созданы лаборатория «Энергосбережения и возобновляемых источников энергии», испытательный полигон трансформаторов мощностью 600 кВт, а также испытательный полигон солнечной и ветровой электростанции мощностью 1,8 МВт. Кроме того, были разработаны технические условия на оборудование НСП, предоставлено оборудование и материально-техническая база. Академик, в свою очередь, высказал свои предложения по созданию и развитию передовых инженерных школ. Ректор НИУ «МЭИ» Николай Рогалев поделился опытом НИУ «МЭИ» в вопросе подготовки кадров для российской энергетики. В настоящее время Национальный исследовательский университет «МЭИ» располагает единственной в нашей стране учебно-экспериментальной тепловой электростанцией, оснащенной современной высокоэффективной парогазовой энергоустановкой. Налажено сотрудничество с более чем 700 организациями, в том числе с Минэнерго РФ, Газпромом, Росатомом и другими. Проректор Ташкентского государственного университета путей сообщения А.Гуломов прочитал лекцию о передовой инженерной школе транспортного машиностроения. Цели и задачи НСП — подготовка инженеров мирового уровня в области транспортного машиностроения и вагоностроения путем привлечения их к реальным проектам в сфере образования, науки и производства.

18 мая текущего года в рамках проекта «Студент-Фест» совместно с «Мэрией Ташкента», «Агентством по делам молодежи», «Молодежной академией» и «Министерством высшего образования, науки и инноваций» все выпускников и талантливой молодежи прошла выставка «Инновационные технологии». В завершение мероприятия жюри оценило и наградило победителей в номинации «Лучшая инновационная идея». 16 мая подписан меморандум о сотрудничестве между Государственным университетом мировых языков Узбекистана и ООО «ИННОТЕХНОПАРК». Директор инновационного образовательно-производственного технопарка INNO совершает деловую поездку в Республику Южная Корея. В ходе визита в здании Технопарка Кён-Бук состоялась официальная церемония открытия нового офиса инновационного образовательно-производственного технологического парка INNO в Корее. Сегодня Технопарк Кёнбук вносит свой вклад в развитие местной экономики как центр развития местной промышленности, поддержки бизнеса и инноваций. Также обеспечивается сотрудничество предприятий, университетов, научно-исследовательских институтов. После этого были проведены переговоры и подписан меморандум об установлении взаимного сотрудничества с научно-исследовательскими центрами и университетами Республики Корея. Меморандум подписали исполнительный директор «Технопарка Кёнбук» Ха Ин Су и генеральный директор инновационного образовательно-производственного технопарка INNO Мансур Султанов.
